I am not exactly the best organized person in the world, being busy most days of the week, but when I get the chance after relaxing and destressing, I can be pretty well organized if nothing gets in the way of keeping things clean and tidy.
Do you mean in regards to cleaning and such? I can be, like yourself it really depends on how busy I am.
Do you mean when managing projects or prioritizing certain tasks etc? Then yes, so long as I have some experience with the project/task. It's easy to make a plan and stick to it if you have some sort of idea what you're doing.
